How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Axil, assess a business’s online presence, prepare recommendations, carry out approved actions, communicate with clients, keep an activity record, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

Access to connected services

Axil only accesses a connected service after an authorised user grants permission. Access is requested by capability, used for the approved purpose and can be revoked. We do not sell information from connected services.

Our lawful bases

Depending on the context, we process personal information to perform a contract, take steps requested before entering a contract, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing Axil, comply with legal obligations, or where you have given consent.

Service providers and transfers

We use carefully selected providers to host and operate Axil, including Vercel, Supabase and the platforms a client chooses to connect. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own security and data-protection commitments. Where information is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards where required.

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the service, maintaining necessary records and meeting legal obligations.
